At Cascade In-Home Care, we treat you and your loved one like family.
A home care, or elder care, company is only as good as the caregivers they send into their client’s homes, and we take this very seriously. We understand that before a call is ever made to our office, a family has likely been struggling for some time to make the best decisions about providing care for their loved one. We have selected our caregivers with the utmost care to earn your trust and confidence.
Please visit the tab, “Our Caregivers” to learn about our screening and hiring process, training and credentials, and unique Cascade In-Home Care staff commitments.
Caregiver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating Rehana as our Caregiver of the Month for March! Rehanna has a very gentle, nurturing and caring manner. She has worked with several clients with advanced dementia, and has a way of expressing support and coming alongside them in a way that is deeply empowering. Rehanna also does an excellent job of communicating with family members and keeping them aware of their loved one’s changing needs. She is a sweet and gentle soul and is always willing to go the “extra mile” for her clients!
I oversee all business operations and am always looking for ways to improve in efficiency and quality. I always welcome feedback from both clients and employees!
I oversee our marketing team and enjoy developing relationships with clients and referral partners. As an Occupational Therapist, I also provide home assessments and on the job training for caregivers and families when needed.
Our Admin Team
As the HR Manager my role is to hire top notch caregivers to be a part of our caregiving team. I hire caregivers who are dedicated, compassionate and truly understand the importance of the care they provide to our senior community!
As Office General Manager my role is to keep the office running smoothly. I manage and ensure that the responsibilities of each staff member are done with excellence. I also ensure that caregivers and customers receive the best customer service.
I love my position as a Community Liaison. It allows me to constantly meet new people, educate them on what we do and gives me satisfaction in knowing we are helping people who truly need it. The clients and families we serve are my motivation!
I serve clients and families living from Marysville to Burlington. My primary role is ensuring client and caregiver satisfaction. Home visits, assessments, introducing and supporting caregivers, and lots of phone calls keep me busy!
My position as Lead Caregiver involves filling in shifts, starting new cases, supervisory visits, and on-the-job training.
I ensure that you reach warm, friendly and helpful support when you call our office. I audit client and caregiver records to ensure compliance with all DOH regulations as well as order all materials required to keep the office running efficiently.
I have the challenging job of scheduling shifts to ensure a good match with both personalities and skills, while simultaneously making everyone happy! I enjoy interacting with both caregivers and clients, having an impact on their day-to-day lives.
Seniors are a passion of mine, so going into the community, as the Community Liaison - Everett & North Territory, to educate people on what we do and how we can help, is highly satisfying and leaves me smiling and grateful.
I process payroll, invoicing, and accounts payables. My favorite role is speaking with caregivers and clients to ensure accuracy in billing and payroll and building relationships! Our team is very integrated and we all work closely together.
As a registered nurse, I provide clinical expertise and oversee all nurse delegated cases. Wound care, med administration, and diabetic care are some of the tasks that can be carried out by our amazing caregivers under my direction.
