As the Regional Manager for the Cascade Branch my responsibility is to oversee our office operations to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I am always looking for ways to improve our services and I welcome your feedback!
As the Care Manager for Northern Snohomish County my job is to assess new clients and manage the case to ensure both clients and caregivers are happy.
As the South-end Staffing Coordinator my job is to ensure our caregivers and seniors maximize their time together effectively. My daily tasks are not limited to scheduling. I take pride in properly matching the special skill sets of each caregiver with the clients' requests and needs.
As a registered nurse, I provide clinical expertise and oversee all nurse delegated cases. Wound care, med administration, and diabetic care are some of the tasks that can be carried out by our amazing caregivers under my direction.
Seniors are a passion of mine, so as the Regional Business Development Manager, educating our clients and referral partners on what we do and how we can help, is highly satisfying and leaves me smiling and grateful.
