Our Caregivers are the “Cream of the Crop”
We have selected our caregivers with the uttermost care to earn your trust and confidence.
A home care agency’s excellence is best measured by the quality of its caregivers. It is of utmost importance to us to offer you the “cream of the crop”; it’s what we would want for our loved ones!
We Interview and Hire Very Selectively
Our caregivers are carefully screened, and each must pass:
- National background checks
- Drug testing
- Motor Vehicle Check
- Personal and professional references
- And lastly, would I want this person caring for my loved one?
Caregiver of the Month
Please join us in congratulating Rehana as our Caregiver of the Month for March! Rehanna has a very gentle, nurturing and caring manner. She has worked with several clients with advanced dementia, and has a way of expressing support and coming alongside them in a way that is deeply empowering. Rehanna also does an excellent job of communicating with family members and keeping them aware of their loved one’s changing needs. She is a sweet and gentle soul and is always willing to go the “extra mile” for her clients!
Personal Care and Peace of Mind
When selecting senior care for a loved one, you should be hiring someone who can provide peace of mind. At Cascade In-Home Care, we take care of all the ins and outs of selecting, employing, and scheduling the right caregiver, so you can rest easy.
All Employees are Bonded and Insured
All our personal care providers are our employees and all are bonded and insured, which means Cascade In-Home Care handles:
- General liability and workers’ compensation insurances
- Payroll and Taxes
Our Goal: To Introduce Each Caregiver
Each caregiver we send to your home will be personally introduced by one of our care managers or a familiar care provider. We make every effort to never to send a stranger to your door.
Our Caregivers Meet or Exceed State Standards
Our professional staff includes:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Nurse’s Aides Registered (NAR)
- Certified Home Care Aides
In addition, we offer specialized medical services as delegated by our on-staff RN (Nurse Delegation). Our goal is simple – we want to ensure the best home care possible for you and your loved ones.
Senior and Alzheimer’s Caregivers That Are A Perfect Match
With an extraordinary team, Cascade In-Home Care carefully matches the right caregiver to the needs and personality of each client. We accomplish this through a comprehensive personal needs evaluation involving our client, their family, and any other members of the care team that the family may wish to invite. This personal assessment is free and usually occurs at the location where care will be provided. This allows us to customize a care plan and select the most suitable caregiver to carry out the plan.

Better Communication Equals Better Care
Excellent communication between all involved is a key ingredient of top-level in-home care. We also understand that dependability and punctuality are very important to you.
At Home Care Plan and Documentation Log
We keep our Care Plan and Documentation Log in the home so family members, caregivers, healthcare providers, and our office staff stay in constant communication regarding the welfare of your loved one.
We don't rely on voicemail! Expect a live person to answer the phone after hours and on weekends 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
We use a telephony system to precisely monitor the times our employees are working. If a caregiver is 10 minutes late to your home, we’re alerted to take corrective action. The caregiver also has to provide details on each agreed upon task listed in the care plan. This provides assurance to you that your loved one is being cared for, just as you have planned.
Request an Assessment Interview so that we can learn more about your unique situation and share how our caregivers can improve the quality of your life!
